Collection: Mid-Tech Knives

These knives are partially made by another company, service or CNC and are then finished by hand by me in my shop.  The most common scenario will be knives like my scalpel model that are water jet cut by a service and then sent to my shop for heat treat, grinding, etching and tumbling.
